Shipping options

Standard Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase. Need it faster? Choose Express Shipping at checkout for $4.90.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows. We will announce new shipping destinations on this page as they become available.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. During promotions and holidays, processing may take up to 2 additional business days.

Delivery time

After processing, most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days with Standard Shipping and 5–10 business days with Express Shipping. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to weather, carrier delays or other events outside our control.

Tracking your order

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates can take 2–3 business days to appear after shipment.

Fees and duties

The price you see at checkout is the final price for shipping to the United States. We do not charge any additional fees after checkout. If a carrier ever requests a payment to deliver your ERKANO order, please contact us before paying and we'll take care of it.

Shipping address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away at contact@erkano.com and we'll update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
