Our 60-Day Guarantee
We want you to love every ERKANO piece. If something doesn't fit or you're not completely happy, you can return or exchange it within 60 days of delivery. This applies to all products.
Return conditions
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days from the date your order was delivered.
- Items may be tried on. We kindly ask that returned items are clean and include all their parts and tags.
- Gift cards are not refundable.
Return shipping is on us
We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label or instructions. If you are asked to pay for return postage yourself, we will reimburse that amount together with your refund.
How to start a return or exchange
- Email us at contact@erkano.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
- Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions.
- Pack the item(s) and send them using the label or instructions provided.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Exchanges are free. We'll ship your new item at no extra cost as soon as your exchange is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us at contact@erkano.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Order changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible at contact@erkano.com. Once an order has shipped, you can still return it under this policy.
European Union and UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after you, or a person you designate (other than the carrier), receive the last item in the order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at contact@erkano.com before the period expires and identify your order; any clear statement is enough. ERKANO pays the return shipping cost. We will reimburse the payment received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being notified; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof that they were sent. You are responsible only for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Our 60-day guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, these statutory rights.
